• There is no cost to enrol your device(s) using the Duo Mobile App.

• Employees who do not have a mobile phone or would prefer not to use the Duo Mobile App may request one free token from IST.

• Students who choose not to use the Duo Mobile App will be required to purchase a token. Token selection criteria is available in the IST Knowledge Base.
