Sheet metal design and manufacturing method
Task Description
Redesign the electrical box to fit the needs of the current rover better.
Manufacturing will be done with Protocase (sponsor of URC)
Specifically, incorporate the following requirements into the existing design
Referencing full system architecture diagram, design intentional and robust mounting structure for every electrical components
Develop CAD representation for critical wire harnessing and routing
Implement wire ducts for
Mount 2x EStops to the side of the Ebox
Identify and specify spatial placement of sponsor logo

Relevant task 1
- Look through electrical box breakdown of components
- Referring to old schematics, make a rough updated layout architecture of the ebox components
- Double check port requirements for components, redesign interface plate to meet system requirements
- Make sheet metal design of ebox with component layout
- Take into considerations harnessing, heating, and wire requirements
- Add fans (4 to 6) and opening lid
