There are two types of accounts that could be requested by the RO.
Create/edit elections

: This account type is for Returning Officers to create/manage elections. They will be set up with an account in Simply Voting that gives them full access to create/manage elections in the usergroup(s) requested.
Results access

: This account type gives a user permission to view results for elections in the usergroup(s) requested.
Simply Voting usergroups
Usergroups allow control over which users can access which elections.
A user can be assigned to one or more usergroups for creating/managing elections in that usergroup (or viewing results)
When a Returning Officer creates an election, they will need to assign the election to a usergroup. Users are added to usergroup(s) so that only members of that assigned usergroup will be able to access that election.
We recommend creating usergroups for vote types with the same Returning Officers rather than departments!
