Support for this service	Students can visit an IST Service Desk for assistance troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues. Staff can submit a request to troubleshoot their wireless connectivity. If appropriate, IST will install new access points. For information on how to connect to the wireless network, see the eduroam page. For general network services information, please see the IST Network Resources page.
Pricing/cost	There is usually no cost associated with wireless network expansion and maintenance.
