Submit a request to rt-ist-workstations@rt.uwaterloo.ca

For Hoover server and workstation backups, submit an IST backup request form.

Average length of time to complete request

Workstation troubleshooting and re-imaging in Academic Support areas can be performed within one business day (two days if diagnostic testing is required).

Pricing/cost

There is no cost for managing workstations, but the purchase of new workstations may incur costs. See the Desktop Rollover program service for more info.
