  1.  the Meeting/Appointment window, select 'Rooms' to the right of the location field.

  2. A list of rooms will appear. Search for your room by scrolling, or typing in the name.

  3. Double-click the room to add it, and click 'OK'.

  4. The room will automatically be added to the location field. Its availability will show up in the Scheduling Assistant, as well as in the 'Suggested times' box at the bottom.
