In the Search field next to your Windows home button, type run and and press Enter to open the Run app:
(alternatively, you can click on the Windows key and the letter R at the same time to open the Run app)
Enter "devmgmt.msc" into the field and click OK.
This will bring you to the Device Manager which lists all devices associated with your computer. Scroll down to Network adapters and click on the right facing arrow to expand the view to show all Network adapters that are responsible for Wi-Fi connection.
Search for the device driver responsible for your Wi-Fi connect (typically labelled as Realtek or Intel)
Right click on the and select uninstall.
Close all tabs that are open on your computer and then restart your computer.
Try reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
