“No internet, secured" Error

When connecting to the Wi-Fi, in the Windows 10 operating system, you may encounter an error message that states "No internet, Secure". This error can prevent you from accessing web pages or any services that require internet access. The following step-by-step guide should help to fix this issue.

1. In the Search field next to your Windows home button, type run and press Enter to open the Run app:

   (alternatively, you can click on the Windows key and the letter R at the same time to open the Run app)

2. Enter "devmgmt.msc" into the field and click OK. 

    

3. This will bring you to the Device Manager which lists all devices associated with your computer. Scroll down to Network adapters and click on the right-facing arrow to expand the view to show all Network adapters that are responsible for Wi-Fi connection.

4. Search for the device driver responsible for your Wi-Fi connect (typically labelled as Realtek or Intel)

    

5. Right-click on it and select uninstall.

6. Close all tabs that are open on your computer and then restart your computer.

7. Try reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
