  1. Open the webpage for which you would like to create a desktop shortcut.

  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of your webpage.

  3. Click More tools, then click Create shortcut…

  4. A pop-up should appear with a suggested name for the shortcut. Type a name for the shortcut into the text field provided.

  5. Ensure that the Open as window checkbox is unchecked and click Create. The shortcut will now be on your computer’s desktop.

  6. You can then pin the shortcut to your taskbar or to Start using the corresponding instructions below.

 Pin Shortcut to Taskbar
  1. Right-click on the desktop icon you created and click Pin to taskbar.

  2. You should then be able to see the shortcut icon in your taskbar

  1. Right-click on the desktop shortcut you created and click Pin to Start.

  2. Click Start (the windows symbols) and you should then be able to see the shortcut icon in your Start menu
