This procedure is designed to let those with access know how to download the form results that we have on the Registrar Resources web page.

It can be used for the Change Request forms, Flexible Classrooms forms ect. A list of the forms and their sites can be found here: Form Results Links

The links to download the results on that page are listed under the “New webform URL (to gain results access)

Select Results. If results aren’t coming up for you, then you do not have access to get the data from this form. Contact the Communication team, if you require that access.

leave all settings as is and click "Download" at bottom of form:

Once you have downloaded the results from the forms, save the data in Teams to the Scheduling and Examinations Teams site, under Data Analysis
