If you are calling from your Skype for Business phone, press “1” when it asks if you are calling from the number on file for the clinic.
Press “0” for a password reset.
You will then be placed in the queue. Once you speak to a representative, they will ask for your name and your verification email. Your verification email is your WatIAM UW email address—not your “friendly” UW email address: bsmith@uwaterloo.ca ✅ bob.smith@uwaterloo.ca❌
It is your Citrix password that needs to be reset when they ask—we are not on the Cloud yet.
