PowerBI

PowerBI is a Block that allows graph-based reports to be added to a content page.

To do so, you need the embed link for your PowerBI report. Refer to the Microsoft documentation on publishing to the web from PowerBI and embedding a report in a secure portal or website to determine which link you want to use.

How to add a PowerBI

  1. From the administration bar, select Workbench, and then select My Dashboard.

  2. Select a content page (for example, a Web page) from Content list or create a new page from Content types.

  3. On the content page, select Layout.

  4. Select + Add section  if applicable, then select + Add block.

  5. Under External embeds, select PowerBI.

  6. This will open up the Configure block options for the PowerBI block.

     

  7. Add a Title.

    • Note: The Title will appear as the Block header if Display title is selected.

  8. Paste the embed link in the PowerBI embedded URL field.

  9. Select Add block (or Update if it is a pre-existing PowerBI Block).

  10. Select state from the Change to: drop-down menu.

  11. Select Save layout.
