Secure (Locked) Print to Ricoh Department Printers for PC

  1. From the page to be printed select File-->Print-->Printer Properties

Printer Properties link

  1. Click the Modify button.

  1. Select Locked Print from the drop-down menu and click OK.

  1. Enter a code from 4 to 8 digits in the Password field and click OK and OK again. 

5. Click the Print button.

  1. The print job will now be held at the printer until it is released with the code.
