Add a Mailbox in Outlook (PC)

How to add an additional mailbox in Outlook which permission has been granted to via a Security Group.

Open Outlook

Click on File

Select Account Settings

Select More Settings

Advanced then click on Add

Enter the name of the mailbox

Apply - OK

Close and then launch Outlook

The mailbox will appear the listing on the left.
