How to log into Adobe Creative Cloud (Business ID)

 Instructions

  1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application

     

  2. Sign in using your @uwaterloo.ca email address and click Continue.

  3. When prompted to select an account, select “Personal Account”.

    1. You may be prompted with 2FA by either providing a 6-digit code or approving the logon with the Adobe App on your mobile device.

  4. When prompted to select a profile, select “UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO”.

  5. You should now be logged in and able to launch/install any of the Adobe Applications.
