LLM/AI are quickly changing the landscape. You native language is now a programing language. I assume there'll soon be simple ways to get your voice/written dictated directions passed to an AI framework. These AI playground will built nice webapps, skipping most of the common boring things like setting up VM/Servrer, DNS, HTTPS, Auth.. Until then, most computer programmers are supercharged with the ability to generate code quickly perhaps just pass them your written script.

Decisions.com

Steve Weber: The tool is powerful! However, the training necessary to learn the basics is steep. If you only have an hour or two per day to do training it might take two months. Because I neared a project deadline I had to abandon Decisions and (grab Django). Personally I think Decisions is neat but too tricky for none developers. Being a programmer I just want to code. That said, low code/no code solutions like Microsoft Forms feel like a good direction to empower less technical staff.
