Legacy Error on Student Submission in PebblePad

Purpose

Issue: A student reports receiving the following error when manually submitting their work to an Atlas workspace:

How to fix the error

Step 1: In Atlas, click Management, then Assignment.

Step 2: Check if you are using Submission Viewer (Legacy). If you are, this is what is causing the error.

Step 3: Switch to Submission Viewer 2 (Recommended) and click, Save.
