Within OneDrive PC Version, there are two methods to share an item. Note that the second option requires for a file to be opened on a Microsoft Office application.
Method 1:
Right click the item you would like to share
In the dropdown menu, click the “Share” option with the OneDrive logo
In the popup, type in the person’s email. Click the pencil icon to customize their access permissions.
Click “Send” to confirm
Method 2:
With the file open, click “Share” at the top right
In the popup, type in the person’s email. Click the pencil icon to customize their access permissions.
Click “Send to confirm”
