Step 1: Once a student has correctly shared their work, you should receive 2 emails in short succession.
Email 1
This email will contain your username information (which is your email) and a link to set up your password. It will also contain a link to PebblePad’s log in page.
Email 2
This email will contain a link to the student’s work and information on which student’s work it is.
Step 2: In email 1, click the link to set up your password. You should be brought to a page where you can set your password.
Step 3: Once have set you password, you should be brought to a confirmation page where you can click the link to then log in.
Step 4: Log in under the “I have a guest account for PebblePad” option.
Step 5: You will be brought to a page where you can view a list of student work that has been shared with you, select the work that you would like to open, review, and provide feedback for.
Step 6: Once in the student’s work, click the blue ‘I want to…’ tab under FEEDBACK in the right-hand corner.
Step 7: Choose ‘Add feedback template’ then choose the available feedback template
Step 8: Click to open the Rubric. You can use the blue tab (circled in red in the image below) to expand the size of the rubric as you review student work.
Enter Student name into the top field of the rubric.
Scroll down to see the criteria in the rubric and click the cells that best represent the quality of my work in your opinion.
Enter your Comments to share with student, including strengths and areas for improvement.
When you have completed the rubric, click “Save and Hold.” The rubric will now be added to the feedback window.
Step 9: Return to the ‘I want to …’ tab and select ‘Add feedback’.
Step 10: Click ‘Save and Hold’. Your completed rubric and assessment will be released to the students for their viewing at a predetermined date set by the course instructor.
