Here you can create new users and view existing ones.

  1. Select Settings on the sidebar menu.

  2. Select Manage Users from the dropdown menu.

Manage Users

  1. From here, you can Print, Copy, or convert to Excel, CSV, or PDF the table of users by selecting a singular user or multiple by pressing shift > the user.

  2. You can also Search for a user by typing in their name.

Create Users

  1. Select Create user button, located in the top left corner.

  2. Using the Search UWaterloo Directory, type in the desired user’s last name then first name and the other fields should automatically populate, OR,

  3. Manually fill in the Email, Name, and Department if the fields do not populate.

  4. Select Create User button.
