This email should be sent to the Communications Co-ordinator in the Registrar’s Office when we upload the finalized schedule from Timetabler to Quest for the previous term and when we have saved the form results using this procedure (link create to procedure). For example when we have pushed the Spring term into Quest, we send this email to change the term from a spring term, to a Fall term on the form.
