  1. Click the globe symbol (represents no internet/wifi connection)

  2. Right click eduroam, then click Forget

  3. Click Connect

  4. The system may then prompt you to enter your uwaterloo email (username@uwaterloo.ca) and password. Enter this, then click OK

  5. Click Connect

  6. If the internet still does not connect, shut the computer down and restart it. Then repeat steps one to five.
