It is possible to send emails to many recipients (e.g., to the entire department or division) by using the Staff Directory database.

  1. Open File Explorer and go to R:\Databases.

  2. Locate the Staff-Directory database and open it in Access.

  3. Open the Email form found on the left side. Choose the group of recipients you would like to include in the mass email.

  4. Click Generate Email. A new message window will open in Outlook.

  5. Type the Subject and Body of the email.

  6. Click Send when the message is ready.

NOTE: By default, the email addresses of the recipients are included as blind carbon copies (Bcc). To see the list of names, switch to the Options tab and click the Bcc button.
