Unplug the docking station from its power source and wait about 15 seconds.
Re-plug the docking station and wait about 15 seconds to see if it automatically turns itself on again. If it doesn’t, press the power button once to turn the docking station on.
Unplugging and replugging other cables, specifically ones that are related to the problem(ex. unplug and replug ethernet cable if ethernet is the issue) a once or a couple times could do the trick.
