Step-by-step guide

1. Download and install the app by searching the Google app store for Skype for Business on Android and click install.

2. Once installed, accept the terms of use.

3. For the organization sign-in address enter your 8 character UWaterloo username and @uwaterloo.ca (i.e. j24rober@uwaterloo.ca) and then enter your password.

3. You will now be successfully signed into Skype for Business.

Did the log in fail?

1. If you fail to sign in, or the app needs further configuration, click on Advanced Options and type in your 8-character UWaterloo username@uwaterloo.ca (e.g. j25rober@uwaterloo.ca)

   On ‘HTTP Proxy’ window, enter the following information: (Username is your 8-character UWaterloo username, i.e. j25rober@uwaterloo.ca)

   1. Domain: nexus

   2. Username: username

   3. Password: password

   4. Click OK to save the information

3. Follow Step 2 again and that should allow you to sign in to Skype for Business on iOS devices.
