In the event of any Citrix connection issues—where you can’t login to the green screen and you have confirmed that your internet is working—you can also access Accuro as follows:
Web Accuro (https://uwatr.ace.cloudwerx.com) - This is a full version of Accuro. Note: If you get security warnings, click Proceed. It will take a few minutes to download the web application. Sign in as normal.
Mobile Accuro (https://uwatr.ace.cloudwerx.com/mobile/) - This is a basic, scaled down, text-only version of Accuro. You can see your schedule, view a patients chart, and write a note or message. That's it.
