For Outlook 2011 (and some versions of MacMail) use SSL and port 993 for incoming, and use SSL and port 587 for outgoing.

If you're connecting from on campus, your mail client can probably use the University's online email address lookup system. To do this, you need to configure your mail client, and you need to know the following:
