This email should be sent to the Communications Co-ordinator Coordinator in the Registrar’s Office when we upload the finalized schedule from Timetabler to Quest for the previous term and when we have saved the form results using this procedure (link create to procedureDownloading Form Results). For example when we have pushed the Spring term into Quest, we send this email to change the term from a spring term, to a Fall term on the flex classroom form, and we would have them add the new spring term, and remove the old spring term from the course change request form.

Good morning/afternoon Madi,

I’ve downloaded the Request to Use a Flexible Classroom form and the Change Request form results to excel. Can you please change the term from x term to y term on the Flexible classroom form? Can you also add (new term) and remove (previous like term) from the change request form?
