  1. Sign in to ConsignO at https://uwaterloo.ConsignO.com/login using your 8-character UWaterloo username@uwaterloo.ca (i.e. myuserna@uwaterloo.ca)

  2. Open the signature project

  3. Click on Signers

  4. Find the signer who is seeing the error message and click the Edit button next to their name

    The edit button next to a signer has a checkbox with a pencil icon. You can edit their email address here.Image Modified

  5. Update to use username@uwaterloo.ca 

  6. Once saved, this change will propagate to all other signature projects with this UWaterloo signer.
