RX Cheat Sheet

1. Log in to Accuro and navigate to the Patient.

2. The prescription module is integrated into Accuro EMR and can be accessed in several ways:

   1. EMR → Encounter Notes → Active Medications → Green + for New / Yellow star to prescribe from favorites / Pencil to renew or edit.

      

   2. EMR → Medications Tab → New Prescription

      

   3. EMR → Encounter Notes → from within a clinical note → below the black line → Active Medications

      

   4. Shortcut Buttons

      1. Quick New Patient Actions – CTRL F10 or Edit RX quick button.

3. No matter how you access the module, the steps are the same and start with drug search.
