• Download and install the PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print Ricoh Driver from IM C4500/C6000 Downloads | Ricoh Global

• On the taskbar, select the Search icon, type PrintersClick Search (next to the Start button), type Run in the search bar, and then select Printers & scanners from the search results to open the Printers & scanners system setting.

• Open Printers & scanners settings

• Next to Add a printer or scanner, select Add device.

• Click on “the printer that I want isn't listed”, select Add manually.

• Select a shared printer by name.

• In the field type: \\printsrv\”printername”

• Click Next.

• The drivers will install, and you will be presented with the message below if the installation was successful. 

• Click Next, and you can choose to ‘Set as the default printer' and 'Print a Test Page’ if you want.

• Click Finish to complete the installationpress Enter.

• In the Run window, type \\printsrv, and then click OK.

• Find your Xerox in the list using the Search printsrv box in top right hand side of window

• Double-click on the printer to install.
