These icons are used in various situations when setting up a quiz.

Icon	Name	Meaning
Image Modified	Hidden from view icon	Students are not able to see the quiz.
Image Modified	Release conditions icon	There are conditional requirements that need to be met by the students before gaining access to the quiz.
Image Modified	Special access icon	There are students who have access that is different from others, such as a longer time to complete the quiz.
Image Modified	Password protected icon	The quiz requires a password before students can start it.
Image Modified	Grade item icon	The quiz is associated with a grade item in the Gradebook.

Do not confuse the special access icon with the password-protected icon.

These icons are used when setting up a dropbox.

Icon	Name	Meaning
Image Modified	Hidden from view icon	Students are not able to see the dropbox.
Image Modified	Release conditions icon	There are conditional requirements that need to be met by the students before gaining access to the dropbox.
Image Modified	Special access icon	There are students who have access that is different from others, such as an extended due date.
Image Modified	Group submission icon	This is a group dropbox. It will be marked by group name or number and the same score and feedback will be released to each student in the group.
Image Modified	Grade item icon	The dropbox is associated with a grade item in the Gradebook.

Gradebook icons

These icons are used when setting up the Gradebook.

Icon	Name	Meaning
Image Modified	Hidden from view icon	Students are not able to see the grade item.
Image Modified	Release conditions icon	There are conditional requirements that need to be met by the students before gaining access to the grade item.
Image Modified	Availability icon	The grade will only be available to view for a specific time.

These icons are used when setting up an assessment rubric.

Icon	Name	Meaning
Image Modified	Rubric association icon	The rubric has been associated with another assessment item and cannot be deleted.
Image Modified	Rubric linked assessment icon	The rubric has already been used to grade the linked assessment hence it can neither be deleted nor edited.

These icons are used when looking at the Classlist.

Icon	Name	Meaning
Image Modified	User has accommodations	The user has an accommodation set up.
