Download the Printer Driver for your OS version from https://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/imc4500/imc4500.htm
Open the DMG file and then open the included PKG file
Follow the prompts to install the printer driver
Open System Settings > Printer & Scanners and click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax at the bottom
Select the IP tab and enter the IP address of the printer and HP Jetdirect - Socket for the protocol, enter the Name and Location of the printer.
Click the Use dropdown and click on “Select Software…”
Select RICOH IM C4500 PS and click OK
