Step-by-step guide

1. Log in to Workday using your 8-character UWaterloo username (e.g. myuserna), password and authenticate with DUO (2- factor authentication).

2. Click on the Learning application from the home page.

3. Under Learn, select Browse Learning under the Learn menu to view all available courses.

You can filter your results using the filter options on the left side of the page or the faceted search along the top of the page.

4. Select a course to enroll in by selecting the title.

5. Click Enroll. For an instructor-led course, click on Select Offering to display the course date, time, location, and instructor. If there are multiple course offerings, select the course date that works best for you.

6. Click OK, then Submit. Your supervisor receives a copy of your registration.
