ConsignO signers receive an email notification when they are required to sign a document. This notification also directs them to contact the project initiator with any questions.

When adding an internal signer to a project, the 8-character UWaterloo username@uwaterloo.ca (i.e. myuserna@uwaterloo.ca) address must be used. You can search for someone’s username at https://idm.uwaterloo.ca/search/. To ensure you are using the correct email, use the information in the User ID field
