The issue

The fix

1. To correct this, simply open Sign into ConsignO at the following at https://uwaterloo.ConsignO.com/login using your 8-character UWaterloo username@uwaterloo.ca (i.e. myuserna@uwaterloo.ca)

2. Open the signature project

3. Click on Signers

4. Find the signer who is seeing the error message and click the Edit button next to the their name

5. Update to use username@uwaterloo.ca 

6. Once saved, this change will propagate to any all other signature projects with this UW UWaterloo signer is a part of
