IST has given everyone initial access to their Rogers invoice online. Everyone should have been contacted by Rogers with instructions on how to gain access to their online invoice.
The "User ID" is usually the same as your WatIAM username or if not, first initial then surname (no spaces).
The "Password" is either the password Rogers sent you by email or one you have chosen yourself. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot User ID or Password?" the link on the login screen to request Rogers to send you a new one.
New customers will automatically be given access to their online invoices and receive an email from Rogers with instructions.
