  • Open Outlook 2016.
  • Click File.
  • Underneath your Account Information click Add Account.

     Add in the required information, for example:
    Your Name: PHE Coordinator
    E-mail address: cwhsphec@uwaterloo.ca
    Password: *****

  • Click Next.
  • When presented with this window, click More Choices and then Use a different account.

     In the User name field enter Nexus\username then enter the corresponding password; be sure to check the Remember my credentials box.

  • Click OK.
  • Click Finish.
  • Click OK to restart Outlook.
  • Close and re-open Outlook. You should see the account on the left side of your Outlook display. You will need to click the arrow beside the email address to expand/collapse the folders.
