Create and Send the Message

NOTE: You can either send a secure message in Medeo or send it via Accuro (Healthmail). Both options deliver the message via Medeo to the student. |
- Provider opens Medeo.
- Click Messages in top bar.
- Enter the patient's information, add a subject, type your message, and attach your document.
- If there is no expectation of a response from the student, click Close Message Thread. If there is an expectation to converse with the student through secure messaging, do not close the thread.
- Click the Send button.
