As of June 2020, meeting rooms are to be reserved/booked through the Outlook calendar. The CIS Meeting Rooms is no longer active.

Reserving a Room

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click the Calendar  icon in the bottom left corner of Outlook
  3. Click New Meeting   
  4. In the meeting window, type in the appropriate information
    1. Choose the date, time, and any other additional information
    2. Click Room Finder to choose the meeting room
    3. Scroll Health Services meeting rooms: type "H" to find "and select HS Rooms" for Health Services

      Needles Hall meeting rooms or "NH Rooms" for Needles Hall meeting rooms - Our rooms have "CW" at the beginning of them, : type "N" to find and select NH Rooms, once you click NH Rooms you will be presented with all of the meeting rooms in NH (including non-CW) under "Choose an available room:" you will need to scroll through to find the other NH rooms to find ours.CW rooms.

NOTE: Only CW staff members have access to these rooms





The calendar in Room Finder shows "Good", "Fair", and "Poor" which shows the availability of the individuals you've selected as Required in the meeting

  1. Once HS Rooms or NH Rooms is selected, below "Choose and available room:" you will see "Suggested Times" which shows you how many available rooms there are at the time you've selected

  2. Select the room by double-clicking, this will add the room to the Location and the Required Attendees

  3. Click Send 
  4. Once sent, the room you've selected for the meeting will send you a confirmation email:
