Calling multiple people at once/conference calling on your Avaya Phone - you can call up to 6 people (can be internal or external phone numbers). |
- Call the first number you’d like to reach
- Once the first number has answered press Conf (Conference) button which is the same button labeled Forward when not in use
- Continue to call the next number
- Once that person has answered you can call the next person by pressing Conf again and so on
