- Open Outlook 2016.
- Click File.
- Underneath your Account Information click Add Account.
- Add in the required information, for example:
Your Name: PHE Coordinator E-mail address: cwhsphec@uwaterloo.ca Password: *****
- Click Next.
- When presented with this window, click More Choices and then Use a different account.
- In the User name field enter Nexus\accounts username then enter the corresponding password; be sure to check the Remember my credentials box box.
- Click OK.
- Click Finish.
- Click OK to restart Outlook.
- Close and re-open Outlook. You should see the account on the left side of your Outlook display. You will need to click the arrow beside the email address to expand/collapse the folders.

- Click Office 365.
