- Open Outlook 2016
- Click File
- Underneath your Account Information click Add Account
- Add in the required information, for example:
Your Name: PHE Coordinator E-mail address: cwhsphec@uwaterloo.ca Password: *****
- Click Next
- When presented with this window, click More Choices and then Use a different account
- In the User name field enter Nexus\accounts username then enter the corresponding password; be sure to check the Remember my credentials box
- Click OK
- Click Finish
- Click OK to restart Outlook
- Close and re-open Outlook. You should see the account on the left side of your Outlook display. You will need to click the arrow beside the email address to expand/collapse the folders.

Outlook Office 365 - Open Outlook
- Click File
- Underneath your Account Information click Add Account
- Enter in the email you want to add and click Connect
- Click Office 365
- Click More Choices and then Use a different account
- In the User name field enter Nexus\accounts username then enter the corresponding password; be sure to check the Remember my credentials box
- Click OK
- Click Finish
- Close and re-open Outlook. You should see the account on the left side of your Outlook display. You will need to click the arrow beside the email address to expand/collapse the folders
