This guide shows you how to @mention someone when you want to grab a team member's attention.

Step-by-step guide

Adding an @ in a comment will provide you with options to tag a particular person on the internal team to grab their attention to the ticket.  You will only receive options to tag individuals that are a part of your team or your project. For example, if you type @a list of names will appear for you to select from.
