The Golf Project is part of the Sports Technology and Simulation branch of the Engineering IDEAs Clinic which has now spanned several co-ops and incorporates various objectives, which include:

  • Tracking and Simulation Generation of a Golf's Ball Trajectory
  • Object Tracking and Analysis of Golf Ball Spin Through High-Speed Cameras
  • Modelling and Manufacturing of Golf Clubs
  • Sound Analysis of a Golf Shot

The goal of this project is to make a simulation and see if it is valid by testing it in real life. The object tracking software will assist with it.
