Printing from a computer

Please note that printing to a Xerox printer is not supported on Apple Computers. MacOS does not support the use of Xerox Accounting

  1. Select your Xerox printer

  2. Enter in your 4 digit accounting code into the User ID: field
    Also ensure that the Account Type is set to Default Group Account

  3. Press OK

  4. If successful, the printer will now print your print job

Common Error messages

Job deleted because account depleted

Your code is most likely only for printing in black and white. Ensure that before you print, you change your settings to print in black and white

  1. After choosing your printer, select Printer Properties

  2. In the Xerox Black and White dropdown, select On

  3. Click OK

  4. Resume printing as normal

Job Deleted Due to Invalid Account ID

The code you are using is invalid. Please double check the code you are using and try again. If you still experience issues, contact your department admin or the Finance Manager.

Copying and Scan

To copy or scan, you will first need to login.

  1. Enter in the 4 digit print code into the User Name field and Password field

  2. Press OK

  3. You can then scan (listed as “Email”) or Copy from the Home page

Ensure when you are finished scanning, you log out

  1. Click on your username in the top left corner

  2. Choose Log out
