Report Contents
Landing Page
(1) Attribute Value Lists#Accounts
This button takes the viewer to a page showing the list of published accounts in the Unit4 general ledger.
(2) Org Units
This button takes the viewer to a table showing the list of active org units.
(3) Attribute Value Lists#Activities
This button takes the viewer to a table showing the list of active activities.
(4) Student Types
This button takes the viewer to a table showing the list of active student types.
(5) Operating Projects
This button takes the viewer to a table showing the list of operating (1XXXX) projects (i.e. work order categories).
(6) Research Projects
This button takes the viewer to a table showing the list of research (5XXXX) projects (i.e. work order categories).
(7) Capital Projects
This button takes the viewer to a table showing the list of capital (4XXXX) projects (i.e. work order categories).
(8) Trust and Endowment Projects
This button takes the viewer to a table showing the list of trust (3XXXX) and endowment (6XXXX) projects (i.e. work order categories).
Help Button
The help buttons include links to:
- The UW BI Notification App - a place for Finance to publish updates or information about service outages
Accounts
(1) Account table
The table includes the account name and number.
Filter on this visualization using:
- Any of the columns in the table
(2) Filter Pane
The list is filtered to only show accounts designated to publish (as determined by Finance).
(3) Back (to main Landing Page)
Click on the Back arrow button on the top left to return to the landing page.
OrgUnits
(1) Org Unit Hierarchy table
The table includes the org unit name and number, as well as the department, business unit and senior admin that they roll up to in Unit4.
Filter on this visualization using:
- Any of the columns in the table
(2) Filter Pane
The list is filtered to show only active org units and exclude Corporate and Affiliated Organization org units.

Activities

The table includes the activity name and number.
