How to use the Navigation block (Single page site)

The Navigation block may be used to display text and/or an icon to define anchor links within the page.

Open

1. Select Navigation block from the Block type drop down list, and select Add another Block.

2. Select Add new Navigation item.

3. Enter the Anchor link reference for the block you would like to link to.
   For example, if an existing Stories block had an Anchor link called Waterloo Stories:

   Then, Waterloo Stories would need to be entered into the Anchor link reference field (within the Navigation item):

   Note: Anchor link references may contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores (no special characters or spaces).

4. Enter an icon or text to be displayed in the Navigation item.

   1. Enter the alternative text for the icon.

5. Save and Publish.

Notes

• The Options block does not allow for an Anchor link.

• Select Remove to delete existing Navigation items, or Add another Navigation item to add another item.

• Use the cross arrows on the left to rearrange multiple Navigation items.
