Profile teasers

Profile teasers can be used to feature specific Profiles on a page. The teaser displays the name, position, summary, profile type, and the profile image if that option is selected. When selected, the teaser will bring users to the specific Profile's page.

To create an Profile, review the instructions on How to create a Profile if necessary. If you need to create a Web page, review the instructions on How to create a Web page.

Create a Profile teaser

From the administration bar, select Workbench, then select My Dashboard.
Navigate to the Content list panel and select the content you would like to edit.
Select the Layout tab.
Select + Add section (if applicable), then select + Add block.
Under Teasers, select Profile teaser.
Enter a Title. Select whether you would like it displayed by checking/unchecking the Display title box. The Title will appear as a Block header if Display title is selected.
Select whether you would like to display the image of your selected profile from the Show profile image drop-down menu.
In the Profile field, begin typing the name of the profile you would like to add, then select it from the drop-down menu.
Select Add block (or Update if it is a pre-existing block).
Select state from the Change to: drop-down menu.
Select Save layout.
