Milestone

  • Oct 29, 2025 – Registration: Teams declare intent to compete via the URC website.

  • Nov 1, 2025 – Registration: Teams declare intent to compete via the CIRC website.

  • Dec 3, 2025 – Preliminary Design Review (PDR): Submit team structure, management plan, and rover design progress.

  • Feb 27, 2026 – System Acceptance Review (SAR): Submit written and video demos showing system readiness; top 36 teams advance.

  • May 27–30, 2026 – Field Competition: On-site event at MDRS, Utah.

  • Aug 7-10, 2026 – Field Competition: On-site event at Drumheller, Alberta.
